Philosophy
Our first and foremost concern is to provide a warm, safe and
positive experience for children while they are away from home.
The open plan classrooms are designed to facilitate social and emotional growth, while providing physical and intellectual
development.
Activities and guidance are provided to assist the children to develop a strong self-image, verbalization of feelings,
co-operative interaction and acceptance of others.
Hands on experience, play - structured and unstructured, co-operative group activities and individual expression are all an integral part of
learning while being a catalyst to the development of a confident and well-rounded child.
We offer a varied curriculum with emphasis on language, arts, number concepts, music, games and social development. Free play is an equally
important part of our program. Children are encouraged through this expression to exercise and develop a healthy imagination and a sense of
control over their world. It is an important foundation as children learn interaction with others and make the connections to possible long-term childhood friendships.

We also recognize parents as the most important educators of their children.
We wish to establish a partnership with you in nurturing and protecting this development. Our commitment is to provide an environment and atmosphere acceptable to your child's growth and well being while always being open and accepting of your ideas and input. Research has shown that more than 60% of a child's intellectual and personality development has taken place by the age of five. Pre-school years are an important part of forming the adult of tomorrow.
